Shipping Policy

At LAGOM & Co, we take pride in delivering your products safely, efficiently, and with care.

Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.

•    We're unable to make any changes after an order has been placed, however, if you need help we can send an email lagomadco@hotmail.com with all of your order details so our team can assist you. Our team is available from Monday to Friday only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    •    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

    •    Estimated delivery times:
    •    Canada: 2–4 business days
    •    USA: 3-7 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processes for international orders.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and selected method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please be aware:
    •    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
    •    We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Shipping Address
    •    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
    •    We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us lagmandco@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

•    For lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbours or contacting the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reship items once they are marked as delivered.
    •    We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for additional peace of mind.
